Home of Arthur Melo Disatroni Thief When Barcelona Gasps Liverpool

Barcelona midfielder Arthur Melo could not linger to celebrate Barcelona's 3-0 victory over Liverpool in the first leg of the Champions League semifinals at Camp Nou on Thursday (05/02/2019) early morning hrs. After the match, he got word that his house was burglarized, and his younger brother was threatened.

Reporting from ESPN, Friday (05/03/2019), the 22-year-old midfielder's house was disatroni thieves who managed to thrust some luxury items including jewelry.

Arthur Melo just sat on the bench in the Liverpool Barca match. However, according to FIFA regulations, he still had to join the match until the end.

This made him not know anything about the theft that occurred at his home. He just found out after being told by the younger brother.

Paulo Henrique, Melo's brother, caught the thieves at Melo's home, after returning from watching a match at Camp Nou. Paulo was even threatened with a knife, so he could not do much.

Two thieves were rumored to have entered Melo's house located in Pedralbes Catalunya through a window. The perpetrators tasted a Rolex luxury watch and a number of jewelry. Knowing that the thief managed to tackle luxury goods, Paulo immediately contacted Melo.

Melo then contacted Barcelona security staff to connect it with the local police. Until now, the case is under investigation.

Not the first
The case of theft at Artur Melo's house was not the first to be experienced by Barca players. Previously, Gerard Pique, Jordi Alba, Philippe Coutinho, until Kevin-Prince Boateng had also experienced the same thing.

The homes of Philippe Coutinho and Kevin-Prince Boateng were once visited by thieves while they were in a Barcelona match, while Gerard Pique suffered a terrible fate while attending a Shakira concert last summer.
